Colorectal Cancer PDX Models (CRC)
A Champions Model Cohort

An extensive bank of Colorectal Cancer PDX Models directly established from primary, metastatic tumors, and pretreated patient tumors available for drug development research.

 Clinically Relevant Models

Living & diverse bank of clinically relevant models that correlate with clinical outcomes

Pretreated PDX Models

Established from tumor biopsies from patients pretreated with latest generation therapies

Multi-omic Characterization

Clinical annotations coupled with molecular datasets and in vivo responses

Premier Colorectal Cancer PDX Models

Champions Oncology has established an advanced cohort of 190* Colorectal Cancer PDX models, providing a comprehensive platform for translational CRC research. As one of the largest Colorectal Cancer patient-derived xenograft repositories in the industry, these models are directly developed from primary patient biopsies, preserving key molecular and clinical features, including real-world mutations and therapy responses, making them extremely rare and clinically relevant.  (*Model numbers fluctuate as our dataset continuously evolves.)

Champions' advanced colorectal cancer cohort showcases low-passage PDX models, each reflecting key clinical characteristics, mutations, and pretreatment history.

  • Access to one of the largest banks of 190 clinically relevant colorectal cancer PDX models retaining key molecular and pathological characteristics on the market.
  • Access to highly characterized models with High Complexity Flow Cytometry, WES, RNAseq, Proteomics, and Phosphoproteomics.
  • More than 75% of the CRC models have been pretreated, having been exposed to a wide range of treatments, from chemotherapy to targeted inhibitors, alone or in combination.
