Multi-omic Characterization
Clinical annotations coupled with molecular datasets and in vivo responses
Premier Colorectal Cancer PDX Models
Champions Oncology has established an advanced cohort of 190* Colorectal Cancer PDX models, providing a comprehensive platform for translational CRC research. As one of the largest Colorectal Cancer patient-derived xenograft repositories in the industry, these models are directly developed from primary patient biopsies, preserving key molecular and clinical features, including real-world mutations and therapy responses, making them extremely rare and clinically relevant. (*Model numbers fluctuate as our dataset continuously evolves.)
Champions' advanced colorectal cancer cohort showcases low-passage PDX models, each reflecting key clinical characteristics, mutations, and pretreatment history.
-
Access to one of the largest banks of 190 clinically relevant colorectal cancer PDX models retaining key molecular and pathological characteristics on the market.
-
Access to highly characterized models with High Complexity Flow Cytometry, WES, RNAseq, Proteomics, and Phosphoproteomics.
