PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

Increase revenue and profitability by developing Caris Molecular Intelligence in line with company objectives

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and grow Caris business in UK in line with expectations by: a) deepening current user prescribing, and b) broadening new user prescribing across the UK
  • Identify, influence and develop oncologist KOL’s in the private setting
  • Contribute to the sales and marketing strategy and related customer materials
  • Develop short, medium and long term territory business plan, updating weekly and disseminating to management
  • Facilitate weekly management meetings to strategize, plan and review territory business plan
  • Attend appropriate conferences or meetings to maximize business development
  • Identify and pilot new initiatives/projects that can positively impact on Caris business
  • With support from the Clinical Coordinator, manage all aspects of physician and patient customer service
  • Streamline, simplify and manage all processes and logistical aspects of Caris operations
  • Proficiently navigate all internal IT systems to lever database information
  • Operate within Champions SOP’s including compliance with Salesforce.com

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Advanced degree in medicine or science. Business degree a plus
  • Oncology experience essential
  • Relationships with private treating oncologists essential
  • Greater than 5 years of Medical Sales essential
  • Greater than 3 years marketing experience or sales management preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Must be able to travel extensively and maneuver into and around multi-level facilities
  • Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 30 pounds
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time using a computer
